Regulations for Auction Registration:

1. Online Auction on WeChat:
a)Please contact us and register prior to the respective dates of auction (using following contact and procedure)
b)Fill in and submit the online or attached Registration Form, and after application is accepted, please provide us WECHAT personal information and join the WECHAT group for online auction.
c)You have to specify the session(s) to participate, and pay for deposit at rate of $1,000 in order to participate in the respective WECHAT group(s) for online auction.

• Conditions of Sale

2.Onsite Auction:
a)Please contact us and register prior to the respective dates of auction (using following contact and procedure)
b)Fill in and submit the online or attached Registration Form, and after application is accepted, you will be contacted to provide further personal information and participate in the selected session(s) onsite.
c)Please select the respective session(s) to participate and pay deposit at $1,000.  Each participate will be allotted a numbered Bidding Card to take part in the relevant auction session.
d)For details of regulations, rules and procedures of auction, please refer to below:

• Conditions of Sale.

Return or transfer of deposit:
1. All deposits shall be returned to the bidder by the end of the auction on the same day.  If the bidder has successfully bid for items, he may elect to use the deposit to pay off part of the bid price. 
2. If the deposit is fully returned, the bidder can use it for the deposit of a subsequent session without requiring to pay further deposit.  Otherwise, he will have to pay a deposit to a full amount of $1,000 for the subsequent session.  
3.  Base on the above principle, the bidder may only be required to pay a deposit of $1,000; irrespective of the numbers of sessions he enters for auction.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
All payments made in connection with this auction including deposits, purchase price, commissions and premiums taxes and other payment associated with these transactions are to be made payment to the below independent and designated bank account of us relating to this auction for handling.
