You’ll provide chronic hemodialysis treatments, monitor patient progress, collaborate with the healthcare team, and educate patients and families. What You’ll Do Deliver safe, effective dialysis care aligned with individual treatment plans. Monitor patients pre, during, and post-treatment, documenting and reporting concerns. Administer meds, manage vascular access, and follow infection control procedures. Partner with physicians and teammates to update care plans. Educate patients and families on treatments, home care, and health maintenance. Support team training, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and help uphold a clean, compliant clinic. What You Bring Active RN license in Indiana. 6+ months of hemodialysis experience required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Current CPR certification (American Heart Association). Basic computer proficiency and charting accuracy. Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and compassion for diverse patient needs. Valid driver’s license if travel between locations is needed.
