In this role, you will prepare, hang, and mask metal components, mix and apply powder coatings, and operate curing ovens to meet quality and production standards. You’ll inspect finishes, measure coating thickness, and document results while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Working in a collaborative, quality-focused environment, you’ll follow work instructions, use hand and power tools, and support continuous improvement and reliability in our power distribution products.
